I learned about falconry!
What a cool day in class. My Old English literature professor decided that falconry would be a very valid subject to learn about. Fine by me.
The guy on this video is a professional falconer (don’t let his age fool you) who came to teach our class a bit about the “sport”. Apparently, he had to be an apprentice, go through state testing, and licensing in order to carry that title.
The question asked in the video is, “What kind of meat is that?”:
