Here you’ll see some of the crazier moments at the Carmel Market. If I was thinking clear enough to record the woman trying on the Dolly Parton sized bras, you’d certainly see it here too.

Instead, I present to you the worlds oldest and strangely entertaining street musician:

(above) This street performer has claimed this spot for years. There’s no telling how old the gentleman is. Your guess is as good as mine. What I’m particularly attracted to is his beautiful soprano voice. It’s hard not to toss him a shekel.

(above) Here’s an interesting situation. What do you do when a bum is stuck in the middle of a busy intersection without having the use of his legs? Find a few more strong lads and pick him up, of course!

Honestly, I think the guy only wanted a free ride.

Yes, that’s an Israeli soldier who first approaches the bum. And yes, bums are here aplenty, just like every other major city.

(above) When I saw this truck coming down the road, I had no idea what I was in for. It seemed much more sinister than what it really was.
